Rendezvous Festival Lot Closure, Parking and Traffic Flow

The 2025 Jackson Hole Rendezvous Music Festival featuring The Avett Brothers, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, and Disko Cowboy (DJ Set) will take place in the Village parking lot on Saturday, April 5. This letter is to provide Teton Village business and property owners advance notice of the event, which will include traffic pattern changes, staging, amplified music, food and beverage vendors, sponsor activations, and designated VIP areas. The festival will run similarly to 2024, with some layout changes related to entrances, VIP, tenting, and staging. Schedule for Teton Village is as follows:

Event location: Village Parking Lot – closure from March 30, 2025 to April 6 2025.

March 30 April 4, 2025 (between hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM)

Snow & ice removal (if applicable)

Staging, decking, tenting, and production load-in. Minimal audio checks will occur on April 1 and 4. Equipment load-in and prep for event-day traffic management

Saturday, April 5, 2025 Event Day (between hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM)

Set-up and load-in finalized, sound checks starting at 9:00 AM 4:00 PM gates open

4:00 PM live music starts

10:00 PM event concludes with fireworks display, live music ends, event shuttles running, event load-out begins Traffic Flow 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

One-way traffic on Teton Village Rd, Village Drive, and Apres Vous Rd 1h parking spots on Village Drive closed

Other TVA parking lots and START Bus operating as usual (START Bus stop on Village Drive will move slightly)

EventTraffic Flow 6:00 AM-2:00 AM

After 2:00PM Village Drive open to approved vehicles only (buses, shuttles, Fire/Police/EMS, JHMR, production vehicles) Dedicated Rendezvous event shuttles begin operating between Stilson Lot and Town of Jackson

Sunday, April 6, 2025 (between hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

Event load-out and clean-up continues, lot fully cleared, remaining equipment staged for removal

Monday, April 7, 2025 (between hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM)

Final equipment early morning pickup
