Restrictive Covenants of the Teton Village Architectural Committee
The Compilation of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants Jackson Hole Ski Corporation Addition through Sixth Amendment, dated January 17, 1997, defines restrictions on the design and use of properties within the boundaries of the Teton Village Architectural Committee, as well as the organization, duties, and authority of TVAC. The Restrictive Covenants are “binding upon all parties and persons having any right, title or interest in the described land or any part thereof and all persons claiming through or under them, and for the benefit of and limitation upon all future owners thereof.”
