Residential Permits
Depending on the size and scope of your project, there could be several applications from more than one Residential District needed. All residential permit applications for Teton Village can be found here.
Residential Construction & Remodel Information
Projects including new construction, remodels, exterior changes, signage, and/or landscaping within the original Village need to be reviewed and approved by the Teton Village Architectural Committee (TVAC) prior to starting a project. (Residents within Granite Ridge and Shooting Star are governed by their respective HOA’s.)
TVA Construction Authorization
The Teton Village Association (TVA) promotes safety and welfare by acting to ensure that all streets, common areas, and parking lots within the District are maintained in an orderly and safe condition. To these ends, TVA has adopted rules and regulations that require prior authorization by TVA of all construction, construction-related parking or storage, and street, roadway, walkway, or pathway cuts activities within the District.
