The 2026 Jackson Hole Rendezvous Music Festival will take place in Teton Village on Saturday, March 28. This letter is to provide Teton Village business and property owners with advance notice of the event, which will include traffic pattern changes, staging, amplified music, food and beverage vendors, sponsor activations, and a VIP area. The festival will run similarly to 2025, with some layout changes related to entrances and the overall footprint. Schedule for Teton Village is as follows:

Placing stage and heavy equipment
24 hour security starting in the afternoon
Wednesday, March 25 – Friday, March 27 (between hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
Snow & ice removal as needed
Staging, decking, tenting, and production load-in. Minimal audio checks will occur on March 26 & March 27.
Equipment load-in and prep for event-day traffic management
Friday, March 27
7:00 PM START Bus Stop on Village Drive relocates to Alpenhof until Sunday AM service
Saturday, March 28 – Event Day
(between hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM) Set-up and load-in finalized, sound checks starting at 9:00 AM
4:00 PM gates open
4:00 PM music starts
10:00 PM event concludes with fi reworks display, live music ends, event shuttles running, event load-out begins
Traffic Flow 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
One-way traffic on Teton Village Rd, Village Drive, and Apres Vous Rd
1 hour parking spots on Village Drive closed
Other TVA parking lots open and START Bus operating as usual with stop located at Alpenhof

Dedicated Rendezvous event shuttles begin operating between Stilson Lot and Town of Jackson

Event load-out and clean-up continues, lot fully cleared, remaining equipment staged for removal
24 hour security ends when stage is removed
Monday, March 30 (between hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM)
Final equipment pickup and lot re-opens
