The Becoming Jackson Whole TRYathlon: Fitness for Body & Mind
What: A family-friendly, bilingual event that combines physical and mental fitness exercises proven to decrease stress and boost resilience.
- Guided mindfulness practice (English and Spanish instruction)
- Yoga for all abilities (English and Spanish instruction)
- 5K trail walk/run (self-paced)
- Post-exercise hydration and celebration with a DJ at Solitude Station
When/Where: Saturday, August 13 from 9 a.m. / Solitude Station at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
